I am...
Too beautiful to compare myself to be something man-made
Too full figured to limit my curves to something standard-
My body is non-'average',my beauty is non-'stereotypical'
Too precious to dress like I belong to the next man on the street
Too mannered to behave like I have no class or ambitions
Too Unique to put on a mask and join the masquerade
Too honest to Strutting around in disguises
Too intelligent to put a mark on my abilities.
Too cultured to be influenced by sell outs
For I am, a woman of High-esteem, a woman of Valour
A leader not a follower, a trend-setter
I am fearfully and wonderfully made
No babes, I win and you're loose
Because I am too real to be called a Barbie!

Ghana Has been robbed!

Yes, Yes! I'm still banging on about it and if you are wondering why this blog is late, it's because I was too broken-hearted to write about it. I keep thinking how far Ghana would have got if Suarez was an honest man who didn't cheat.
Ghana played very well in this World Cup even without Essien and I think match of the World come should definitely be Ghana vs. Uruguay. I was such a tensed match and for someone who don't watch football much I was drawn in. I didnt think I'd ever see a day where so many people will wish to be Ghanaians, changing their names and taking on Ghanaian names. I know it didn't last long but I'm happy I saw such a season. This match did not affect just Ghanaians or just Africans, it was as if the whole world excluding Uruguay were behind the Black stars. And 1 man decided to kill that joy. I have thought of many was to get Suarez back, like throwing fufu at him or something but I decided against it because what he stole, he couldn't keep.
This World Cup has made me so proud to be a Ghanaian and in my eyes, we won something more than the world cup. Our name is now on the map and we are respected. We will be back with a vengeance in 2014 so watch out world. For now, let's calm our hearts with a picture of my husband (He doesn't know we are married yet <3 br="">

What happened to MISO???

Remember them? No? Sure you should! In 2008, four girls from four different asian countries came together to form M.I.S.O. Consisting of Megumi (Japan), Ha Hwang Haiyen (Vietnam), Rina (China) and last but certainly not the least Park Jin In (Korea) together they are...M.I.S.O (Magic Souls of Oriental)
Personally I thought their name was ridiculous but then again they are not the only K-pop band with a silly name. They promised to dominate summer 2008 with their debut and be the next wondergirls. Hmmmm, are they sure? I actually anticipated their debut because I loved the fact that they were not all Koreans, maybe K-pop needs a little bit of other cultural influence. Then I heard their debut song and I was disappointed. Where was the talent??? Aaaarrrggggghhhh!!!!
Yet still I was hoping to see a lot more of them and watch their improvement but can't seem to hear of them anymore... Oh well I'm gonna go get me some miso soup.

Now in the frame of mind where thousand thoughts run through my head in a day and I get anxious pangs which I don't understand. No I am not a criminal on the run no. Anyways, I is back again and will be bombarding this space with the randoms. Gotta go feed my baby on facebook, brb.

wow its been a long time
so its been almost a year since I last posted here. I think I've forgotten how to post stuff here. I guess this is what boredom brings you to. I doubt anyone even reads this blog so this post will prob be unseen for a long time. haha.
So a lot has happen in kpop the past year. So many new groups pop up, it really has become the survival of the fittest. Group came and go before I even knew they existed. A lot of originality has been lost as there seems to be no end to the repetative songs ever since wondergirls has set the trend. I would also like to mention how the meaning of winning number one on music show have become less significant as it seem so easy for even rookie groups to get number one, don't get me wrong they deserve it for all the long years the've trained for blah blah but back to a few years ago it was much harder for artist to win number 1 on these shows.
Because of all these group popping up there doesn't seem to be anymore companies launching solo acts as offcourse they benefit more from groups as having say 5 people is more useful than one but kpop is now really lacking talented solo artist such as old school rain, se7en, boa.
Moving on to all the law suits and issues between artist and there company has really revealed to the public especially international fan such as myself that the kpop is just a big bussiness and not the clean family image we see on the screens. People don't realise how much these artist are overworked and mistreated not to mention they are merely products for the company to throw away when they are not needed.
